Joanna Burkey is the expert leading HP Inc.'s global cybersecurity program as its Chief Information Security Officer. Under Joanna's guidance, her team has oversight over a wide range of facets within information security including IT infrastructure and technology platforms, governance, regulatory and compliance issues, operations strategy and architecture, not to mention product security.
Joanna rejoined HP in April 2020 after a few years working with Siemens AG, where she was the Global Head for Cyber Defense. In this role, Joanna oversaw IT/OT infrastructure security along with products solutions and services. Possessing a computer science degree from The University of Texas at Austin Angelo State University has culminated into her career-long focus on cyber security across Symantec Corporation, McAfee (Intel Security) and Dell SecureWorks, before joining HP.
