With over 20 years of executive experience in the software and building technology industries, she has held leadership positions in both Germany and the United States. Her career includes roles at prominent companies such as SAP, SPIE, and serving on the board of directors of Capgemini SE.

She holds a PhD in Chemistry and is committed to creating technology that is "invented for life," aiming to provide solutions that benefit both people and the environment.
