Her focus is on catapulting Bosch toward becoming a premier AIoT company, leveraging expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to deliver enhanced value to customers.

With a comprehensive background spanning IoT, software development, digital solutions, and digital trust, Tanja spearheads the ongoing digital transformation within Bosch's Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology sectors. Her executive journey includes roles both in Germany and the United States, amassing over 20 years of experience in the software and building technology industry.

Armed with a Ph.D. in chemistry, Tanja Rueckert passionately endeavors to create technology that enriches lives while prioritizing sustainability.
