Shobie Ramakrishnan is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at GSK, having joined the Global Leadership Team (GLT) in 2021. She brings extensive experience from both the biotech and high-tech industries, with a focus on digital transformation. At GSK, she has played a pivotal role in leading the company's Digital and Technology efforts for its Global Commercial organization, driving advancements in digital, data, and analytics, and helping establish a more agile commercial operating model.

Before joining GSK in 2018, Shobie held senior technology leadership roles at several leading organizations, including AstraZeneca, Salesforce, Genentech, and Roche. Her expertise spans a broad range of sectors, making her a highly respected leader in both the biotech and technology spaces.

In addition to her work at GSK, Shobie serves as a Non-Executive Director at Deliveroo and is a Board Member Emeritus at SustainableIT.org. She previously served on the board of directors at Remediant. Shobie holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, University of Madras, India. Her diverse background and leadership in digital and technology have positioned her as a key figure in driving innovation and transformation across industries.
