Her expertise includes brand equity, creative development, direct to consumer ecommerce sites and making lasting improvements in the organization. Previous experience as both Logitech's Global Commercial Marketing Head for Business-to-Consumer (BTC) & Business-to-Business (BTB), Najoh built the first ever digital marketing arm at Logitech; with her responsibilities including revenue growth oversight and performance management of channels. She was also accountable for reimagining, redefining, and reinventing the global marketing function, reporting to the CEO.
