Her career trajectory encompasses a wealth of experience, previously contributing to the IT Executive teams at Peloton, Okta, Zendesk, and Salesforce.

During her tenures, she structured teams and business system infrastructures supporting Finance, Sales, Enterprise Data, Employee Experience, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing groups. Mindy holds a remarkable track record, having contributed to three companies that went public while under her guidance.

Her forte lies in fostering talented and collaborative teams, spearheading system maturity and process enhancements. Mindy is celebrated for her inspirational leadership style, offering clear direction while motivating her teams. Mindy's journey to IT began with a background in scientific research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, before transitioning to technology startups and eventually finding her niche in Cisco's IT department. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union and a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
