Gülay Stelzmüllner is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Allianz Technology, where she is responsible for overseeing the entire internal IT landscape and all associated IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Her role ensures that Allianz Group receives professional and efficient IT service management and delivery across the organization.

With a deep passion for driving innovation and transformation, Gülay is dedicated to enabling business digitization through state-of-the-art IT solutions. She brings decades of experience in IT, starting with her computer science studies in Munich.

Before joining Allianz in 2020, Gülay spent over 16 years at Siemens, where she held various roles and functions, earning an excellent track record in the standardization and cloudification of corporate IT services. Her expertise and leadership have made her a key figure in advancing digital transformation in large enterprises.
