Bridget Frey is the Chief Technology Officer at Redfin. She leads the software engineering and analytics teams, with a mission to build technology that makes the process of buying and selling a home less complicated and less stressful. Bridget has a proven track record in founding and scaling engineering teams at both consumer and enterprise software companies.

Bridget is a Harvard graduate, with magna cum laude honors in Computer Science. She has taken on multiple management positions at companies such as IntrinsiQ Research, IMlogic and Plumtree Software. She served as the Director of analytics and business applications at Lithium Technologies between 2009-2011. She also holds an independent board member role for Premera Blue Cross. With her impressive educational background combined with her dedicated career experience, Bridget brings incredible value to any team that she works alongside.
