Archana Rao is an experienced technology executive with a proven track record in setting systems strategy, partnering with business leaders to build and scale corporate systems, and driving innovation. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is currently the CIO at Unity Technologies.
As the Senior Vice-President and Chief Information Officer of Unity Technologies, Archana Rao oversees her team's responsibility for maintaining efficient internal systems and applications for its employees. Prior to this role, she had an array of IT leadership positions at companies such as Cisco, Symantec and Veritas before becoming the CIO at Atlassian.

Forbes lauded her as one of the 50 leading tech innovators in 2022, noting that she has changed what it means to be a CIO.
Rao is passionate about giving back to her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Achieve Kids, an organization based in Palo Alto that provides education for special needs children.
