Alvina Antar, Okta's Chief Information Officer, drives Okta's expansion while ensuring seamless experiences for both customers and employees. Leading Okta’s Business Technology Organization, her expertise spans digital transformation, identity-centric security, subscription-based models, and M&A integration.

Previously at Zuora for six years, Alvina served as the company's first CIO, catalyzing business growth from $30M to $300M and guiding a successful IPO in 2018. Beyond her role, Alvina actively engages in community initiatives. She co-founded the Silicon Valley CIO Women’s Network, contributes to the Girls in Tech Board of Directors, and is involved with BUILD. Additionally, she sits on the public board of directors of Couchbase.

With over 25 years of experience, Alvina excels in building high-performing global teams for Fortune 50 enterprises and startups. Her thought leadership centers on propelling business scale and growth through innovation in people, processes, technology, and data.

Alvina passionately advocates for gender equality in tech and empowering youth in underserved communities, evident through her roles in various boards and organizations. She resides in Menlo Park, California, with her husband and three children.
